There are things that weren't finished, there are things we need replaced because they weren't installed correctly They laid the molding on the wall before laying down carpet so carpet is coming up on the sides of wall They used duct tape to hold carpet down I have a ten year warranty. Home pro America replaced my d*** in November 2022. I took a loan out at the bank and paid them off with some of the money. It seems they did not pay their contractors. One of them, initiated a lien on my house to recover the money that I paid Home Pro America, and at home Pro America was supposed to pay them. HomePro and america seems to have dropped off the map. The contractor that put a lien on my house, says they have tried to contact HomePro and america to get their payment as have other contractors. I have also tried numerous times to contact Home pro America without success. The contractor also reports that home pro America has not filed for bankruptcy. Interestingly, when I go to HomePro americas website. It is still up, now calling itself *********************************Initial Complaint

Home Pro did an extensive kitchen remodel for us. We paid them the money we owed with our last payment of over $10,000 being in January 2023. I just received a letter from Air Mechanical, a subcontractor for Home Pro, stating Home Pro never paid them and now they put a lien on my house and are requiring me to pay $ ******. I already paid that money to Home Pro America. When I call Home Pro the message says their phones are temporarily unavailable so I cant reach them. Please help me resolve this as we are in the process of refinancing our home loan and the bank will not do it until the lien is removed. Thank you.Initial Complaint

Home Pro America completed two screened porches project for me just over one year ago. One of the doors will not shut properly, which needs to be fixed and is under warranty. I've called Home Pro America at their phone on the website for over a week now and a recording says the number is temporarily unavailable. Is Home Pro America out of business?Initial Complaint

******* offered a remodel service, signed a contract and paid $23,000 deposit for services. Company has since shut down and will not answer calls or return monies paid. Police report has been filed. Complaint with **** of ***** has been filed. 18 people and $500,000 have been taken from customers.
