              On my ski vacation in February, the room's heater didnt work 4 out of 5 nights. Resort was largely unresponsive, repairs failed, and there was no apology or explanation, no offer of refund or any form of satisfaction, and no follow-up despite contact from me. Noise from adjoining rooms is loud, the bed is awful, and its COLD. This uncomfortable stay cost over $900 a pretty stiff price for an unheated room. Further, the "ski in/ski out" designation is completely false. They apparently define "ski in" as trudging the length of the parking lot; "ski out" means walking down a walkway until you can find a path to the ski run. I've stayed in true ski in/out accommodations, and this ain't it. The location is good. Not much else is.
