Ordered 6/18/21 Returned one item on 7/2/21 Package was rcvd 7/7/21 Have sent numerous emails and tried to file a claim through PayPal (payment method) and have had no results. PayPal denied my claim and this company has not responded to my emails. I have been emailing every day! The item I returned was $75.95. I just want my money back.Business response

We have attempted to locate the Gentle Animals with no avail. We believe they are lost or were mis-delivered via your shipping carrier. That could be the reason why Paypal was unable to honor a return either based on the information we had at the time. They are an independent source too. However, as a good will gesture, we are returning with full credit to your Paypal account the amount you paid. We would encourage you, too, to place a claim with your shipping carrier that the item was mis delivered. You may be able to recoup additional dollars for the aggravation. In the future we highly recommend you call our customer assistance number at ###-###-#### (Monday through Friday from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM Central Time) for assistance. We do not see a call logged for this order. We are more than happy to assist you.Warmest Regards

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. However, I do not believe the package was mis-delivered. It was signed by VISCHER. After reading the other complaints, this business is known for poor customer service and not refunding customer's money.
