I cannot believe a company that has the market share of CAMBRIA QUARTZ, is a company which lies, does not respond to making an appointment and getting a repair done and who obviously is producing a product that is not up to what their warranty is. I purchased a CAMBRIA quartz counter top from **************** Fabricators in *************. I experienced small chips in the counter and had CAMBRIA out once and the fabricator several times for repairs and support in telling me they would stand behind making any and all repairs.Fast forward, my daughter purchased and put a CAMBRIA quartz counter into her bathroom. We do not not know if a contractor who was in her bathroom or how a fairly good size chip occurred in the top portion and end portion of the counter. We contacted ****** rom the *************** who came out and did a very fair repair. We then per his suggestion contacted CAMBRIA, they gave have not followed back to make an appointment to come out and see what happened and how they could perfect the repair.I am told they warranty their product for life. That is really funny since every person I have contacted at Cambria is rude, accusatory and never follows back to provide the service we are told they warranty. Let me say I had quartz counter in my kitchen in another house (dont know manufacture). I NEVER EVER HAD ONE ISSUE, it was in fact as quartz is portrayed to be almost indestructible. It is so unfortunate that the consumer is at the mercy of these companies and are rendered helpless, DONT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH CAMBRIA. I think it is ironic that both myself and my daughter have had issues with their product. Something has to be wrong with the product at hand. DO NOT EVER BUY A CAMBRIA PRODUCT.
