Super 8 had an advertisement room 750 a mo. I stayed they upped it to 900. Now new owners up it to **** mo. The rooms are moldy missing fire alarms ECT now I'm going to be homeless as well.Initial Complaint

My wife and I stayed at this location Oct 8th-10. Absolutely horrible customer services and location was in disrepair. I contacted Wandyham and only thing I got was points for a free night at another property. This location refuses to give a refund for the two nights. Upon check in, the room had blood on bed sheets, possibly from bedbugs. Broken toiletseat and busted TV. The front desk person moved us to a different room a he was getting sick of our complaints. 2nd room not much better. Busted Toilet seat. Later that night another guest walked into our room while we were having dinner. Front desk said, "Oh we put you in room 311 not 313" on the note given it said 313. Noticed mold in the bathroom and bugs in the room. Problems with electrical. I also contacted the Minnesota Dept of Health regarding the room. Upon check out would not speak to us other than bye. Today received email from owner saying to stay at other hotels in Mankato. I am seeing full refund of $197.32.Initial Complaint

Checked in on 10/9/2021 at 1:30pm into room 218. Room was not cleaned so went down to the desk to request it be cleaned, we told her that we were going out, we would leave our bags in our room. Upon returning at 9:00pm, our room key did not work so went down to the desk. we were given new cards. New cards opened the door but someone else was staying there, no bags in sight. Went to complain, Front desk attendant starts crying. She tells us that we have been moved to room 207 and our bags are there. That would have been a good thing to tell us before giving us access and barging into 218 and a complete stranger. We get to sleep in 207, then receive a knock at 11:30pm from the "management" (a large, overweight man with a cane, with no identification or uniform). We tell him this is completely inappropriate and to have this conversation in the morning, man does not stop or go away. We slammed the door but hear him outside. After two more confrontations we left- did not feel safe.
