Had scheduled repair on dishwasher (seal around door) between 3 pm and 5 pm, was told that the technician would text when he was on his way. Never got a phone call or text, called the office (5:15 pm) and was told he was on the way; 6 pm still no tech, no phone call or text; needless to say no response from anyone. Next day l thought someone would have the courtesy to call and apologize, but that didnt happen!! Called the company that we bought the dishwasher from who recommended Strong Hammer and told them our experience with their service and lack of a follow up, very unprofessional for a service minded companyKen N.

Some how we set up the appointment with the customer but it never got on our schedule. We are very sorry this happened, it has honestly never happened before. I am still trying to figure out how it was even able happen so we can make sure it never happens again. We did have another customer with the same make, model and symptoms scheduled at that time, I am not sure if that affected it not getting booked correctly in the first place or not, but that is why when the customer called at 5:15 to see what was going on, the person they talked to thought it was for the job that was on the schedule (was out of the office and so was only working off of limited info at hand). ******* completely rebuilt the cooling system of our 23 year *************** and it is now like new. He also strengthened the cabinet structure which had been compromised. Extraordinary work!
