We paid the owner, *******************, $50,000 dollars to remodel one small bathroom, replace all windows in the house, install the master bath tub only, and put on new siding. This was done in 2018. However, within less than one year, one window had badly cracked due to cold, and every window casing was bulging, molding, and rotting due to very poor quality windows. He never gave us a choice in what type of windows we wanted. He agreed to replace the window, but then his wife got sick, then Covid happened, then his team got Covid, etc. It was one excuse after another of why he couldn't replace the window. The windows are under warranty. He finally gave us a new window in January 2022! But, he's refusing to install it. The window warranty included full installation. He refuses to do anything about the poor-quality window casings despite the window warranty. When the initial work was done, we had to harass him every step of the way to complete each job, because he would take the payments and then we wouldn't hear from him for months at a time. We have tried to be very patient because of the Covid pandemic. We paid him a lot of money and everything was very poorly done. We have told him many times, we just want the window to be installed and we can be done with this nightmare.Business response

We value ********* as a client. We appreciate her choosing us to do the work on there beautiful home. Through the process ****************** we used at the time did not warranty the window. We as a company will take care of the window at our expense.
