Blue 42 sold ** and billed ** for services they did not provide. We were billed for 3 months for the services below and did not receive them. I repeated asked for a detailed accounting of where our money was being spent and they refused to provide one, until I said I would no longer be paying for services. We received services that had incorrect information, spelling and grammatical errors. I talked to ******, *****, ****** and **** several times in regards to not advertising not working and no sales from the website. ***** and **** stated the outdoor apparel industry is a 6.2 Billion dollar industry and by going with their full-service plan that we would see a 2-3% of the 6.2 Billion in sales each year. We had 2 dales in the 3 months that we worked with them. They billed us for things that they never provided. They failed to respond to questions and didn't provide what they said they would. I have emailed ***** several times with my issues and he stated he would call me last Monday to discuss a resolution and never call and has made no attempt to resolve the issues.
