I purchased a MAAX tub in feb 2022 for around ****** dollars. A few months later the tub cracked causing water damages to my bathroom and the kitchen on the floor below. I contacted the company probably close to 40 times before they finally agreed to send a contractor to look at it. After that contractor never answered me and I emailed them numerous more times, they assigned me another one to come look. The contractor came in early January of 2023 and temporarily repaired the tub. He did tell me that the tub was set correctly and that it was a manufacturing default and that he would propose to the company that I get a refund. Fast forward a month later and about 80 emails sent to the company, I was getting no answer. Finally after calling I got in touch with a rep named ***** who told me he was going to speak with his supervisor and issue a refund the following day. Five days later along with numerous more emails, no answer. My file number with MAAX is *********.Business response

I am rejecting this response because:
The company is consistently avoiding the problem and not answering emails. They told me I would be refunded but is now asking for more pictures that I already sent them countless times.Business response

This has been settled. On March 2 2023 it's been agreed with the Customer and we settled with a financial re-imbursement.
