Bison Builders was amazing to work with. Anthony, Matt and team are true professionals. Their workmanship and communication are flawless. They go above and beyond and understand what true customer service is. Unfortunately, our property locations were in the line of a few storms. Anthony has completed multiple roof and window replacements for us. They even went outside of their normal service area to handle a property up north when I couldn’t find a contractor. Anthony handled all communication with the insurance companies when applicable; he made it a very easy process. Having damage to your home is always stressful but having Bison complete the work really helped eliminate much of the stress. I strongly recommend Bison Builders and I would not hesitate to use them again.Review from Sue K

An aquaintance recommended Bison Builders to us when we needed the repair work completed by a deadline. The next day Jake came out and went through the process with us, including the dates each step would take place. Jake truly cares about what the house needs to make it functional and look great. Very professional and available for questions throughout the process. Work was completed in plenty of time and within the budget. Our home looks beautiful.

I will not use them again. My old roof never leaked anywhere not even condensation they replaced it now it condensate as they say my pouch leaks and leaks they pass the blame to the gutters and other stuff so they won't fix it and before they did the roof not a leak to be found so will not use them again for any reasonBison Builders, Inc. We are sorry that a 2 star review was left. We came out as soon as you reported a leak. Our field technician found a clogged gutter. Also, we performed a water test for over 10 min Everythjg was bone dry. Upon inspection the field technician found spray foam stuffed Into a hole on the fascia showing a previous issue. We dont pass the blame anywhere. We provided you with a Golden Oledge warranty from GAF. That warranty provides you with a full 50 year warranty on your materials against manufacturer defect. Its also warrants our labor for 25 years after 2 years. If there would have been an issue due to our craftsmanship we would have fixed it no problem. We still will fix any issue that is due to our craftsmanship but we wont fix issues that arent due to that.Review from Phil P

We recently had our roof replaced by Bison Builders. Our Coordinator was Ty *******. Ty did an amazing job for us. He did the roof examination, handled all the home insurance matters, coordinated the work and roof supply needs. The work performed was timely and professionally. Clean up was superb. Bison reps revisited the job site twice to make sure all of materials were removed from the roof and yard. It was a pleasure to work with Ty. He explained everything thoroughly. Questions were answered promptly. There was one hitch with the home insurance which he got resolved quickly. We were kept advised of all the steps involved in the process. Brittany did a great job helping us get our roof replaced due to hail damage. She worked with the insurance adjuster and help us get the needed info to our insurance company. The work was scheduled quickly. The Bison roofing team did a great job with the roof and a very thorough cleanup in the yard. I would definitely recommend Bison Builders.Review from Christa F

Bison Builders knocked it out of the park on our roof replacement. They were professional from beginning to end. Brittany was great to work with. From the moment we agreed to have our roof assessed to the replacement date, the communication was prompt and clear along the way as we were guided through the process. I have gone on to refer Bison Builders to a number of friends and family and now as a real estate agent, will have even more opportunity to spread the word. Highly recommend!Review from Jeremy B

Bison did a great job with our roof. They arrived on schedule, got the job done quickly and efficiently, and the clean-up afterwards was done three times to make sure they picked up all the stray nails and such. They even came back to address an ice-dam issue from the huge snows we had last winter. We were very pleased with their customer service!Review from Brian and Susan C

Bison Builders did an excellent job from start to finish. Our roof was replaced in one day and our property was cleaned up immediately. The next morning a Bison rep was at our house to remove overage supplies from the build and to do another walk around to insure the cleanup was thorough. It was! The dumpster had been delivered the day before the roof replacement and then picked up the day after. All in all an excellent experience. **** was our contact with Bison Builders and kept ** in the loop during the entire project. He worked diligently with our insurance company making sure our roof was replaced in its entirety. Initially our insurance company only wanted to replace half of our roof. That was unacceptable to **, our HOA, and the fact that our roof was twenty plus years old with many defects. **** got the job done!Review from Mike B

Bison replaced ******* after a hail storm. They worked closely with myself, the insurance company and the city. Everything went much better than I had expected. I'd give them 6 stars if I could.
