I cannot express how frustrated, and disappointed I am with Lennar homes with the whole experience we have had from the get go. I have had to deal with initial delays, DISCRIMINATION, wrongful doing , and over all quality issues in this house.We had an issue with the construction manager where we're called names (bitches) and even were in an incident where the construction manager tried to hit me.We have has serious concerns with the quality of our home. During the winter we used our heater for the first time and started smelling gas, there was an important valve missing on the furnace that was explained by the ****************** to have been manipulated (this is concerning, we were told this could have started a fire) this also caused our gas **** to go up by ***** dollars that month.During Thanksgiving I had a friend ask me why there was an obscene drawing on my garage floor that she noticed when I was backing out so she could hop in, being someone from the Lennar construction team **** a p**** on the garage floor.The staircase wall was crooked it was was needed to be knocked down and replaced. Work has taken more than 5 months to resolve.My A/C is not cooling it is set at 70 degrees inside and the home is at 84 on a 104 degree day. Not to say I have my father a senior citizen visiting me.There is stagnant water in the backyard killing our sod.There are loose floor boards in the upstairs game room/media room needs to be nailed down.The worst part is that we have asked Lennar for follow up , brought this to the ethics department, higher leadership and no one reaches out to support fix any of our issues or address our concerns. When we have communicated our frustrations we are told we are unprofessional for being upset arguing with us about repairs that need to happen. There always excuses about trades being delayed but there is not accountability on anyone from Lennar.I highly recommend you avoid anything to do with Lennar !!! It is not worth the

Unprofessional, condescending, and irrational business practices. Lennar can only give you excuses and poor results. Claiming rules change everyday without notice and buyers are just expected to lay down and take it. Lennar will force you into a corner and consistently remind you they can terminate the contract and keep your binder if you do not comply. Use any other builder and lender if you can. Buyers deserve far more than this joke of a company.

We built a ************* in ****************, **. During the building process Realstar was bought by Lennar. Trying to get the punch list and warranty work has been a nightmare. Shoddy work and lack of communication is the number 1 problem we've had. I certainly don't recommend them. Make sure ALL work is completed before you close on their homes, or you'll regret it.
