Terry ******* made the overall loan process simple and straightforward and was always extremely helpful answering any questions I had during the process. He kept us on track for the entire process and provided updates at every step of the way. I couldn't recommend him enough and will be letting anyone I know looking that he is the man for the job. We began working with ***** a year prior to actually purchasing our home. He gave us really helpful tips to get our credit score up to a better number and was always available for any questions or anxiety-ridden thoughts we had about the process. Once it came time to actually make our purchase he was there every step of the way and made the entire process so easy and pleasant! On top of his professionalism and knowledge he is so kind and felt like our own personal home-buying cheerleader. We'd recommend him to anyone!!Review from Brittany P

TJ was amazing! He was promt and professional. He had everything in place and ready for me to close smoothly and quickly. He dotted his I's and crossed his T's. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a lender who cares, who is knowledgeable and able to get things done!

Terry was a great help in purchasing my home - he explained many aspects of mortgages that I did not understand well and was very patient with questions. He gave us a better rate and flexible experience that big bank mortgage vendors do not do - I had phone calls/texts with him at times convenient to my busy work schedule. Overall a great asset to anyone trying to buy a home. Consistently ahead of schedule - I had my mortgage fully approved a full week before close.Review from Alyx O

Working with Terry is truly the best! We previously worked with Terry to refinance our house and more recently he helped us in our home-buying process. He went above and beyond to ensure all of our questions were answered, is extremely reliable and easy to communicate with. We couldn't recommend Terry enough! He is so personable and enjoyable to work with. It was clear what he needed from us and when in order to keep the approval and closing timeline on track. With the help of his speedy work, we were able to move up our closing date because everything was completed early. He knew that we had a lot going on, and made our first home buying experience stress-free. He also has a lot of connections in the industry and helped us get in touch with insurance providers. Terry was fantastic to work with. He got things done efficiently and on time. He always answered when I called and texted, even in this quick housing market where things change rapidly. He also went above and beyond and reached out to the selling agent and put in a good word for me, which really helped the sellers. As others have mentioned, very professional and very personable! I worked with Terry *******, and he is INCREDIBLE! His professionalism is top tier, and he's also so personable that he makes you feel like family. Mortgages Unlimited Inc has a gem on their hands as Terry is willing to go to bat for you each and every time! He is quick, consistent, and reliable. I was a first time homebuyer and he answered any and every question I had with no hesitation. He truly went above and beyond, and I was able to get the perfect home because of his assistance. I 110% recommend working with Terry!
