We had A to Z refinish a bathroom for **. Shower rebuild, drywall, tile work and some plumbing rework.They executed everything perfectly. Where I didn't have strong opinions, they filled in the gap with "what works well from our experience".Furthermore, they were punctual, polite, and cleaned up the worksite every evening.Exceptional.

I can't say enough about how happy I was with the whole process of getting our bathroom partially remodeled with A-Z. From the initial contact with ***, to *** completing the work everything was fantastic. Great communication, timely work, and the end result of the work was even better than what we had expected. We knew that it would be a big improvement over the original shower, but the work A-Z did was A+ in our book. If you are considering any bathroom improvements check out A-Z first you won't regret it. I know we won't have any hesitation about calling them for any additional work in our house.

We had A to Z Construction replace some damaged bathroom subfloor, as well as install new tile flooring, new bathtub/shower surround, and a new toilet. We are very pleased with the end result. Everything was installed well and the tile looks really great. We had a little issue with the shower head when the project was complete (broken O-ring), so I reached out to Val and he sent our project manager out the same day to repair it. Communication was always good. The project started on time and was done in 4 days.

The experience I had with these guys was much better then I hoped for. They were always on time, Communication was great. I could call or text them at anytime during the day and even on a weekend and will get a reply with in minutes. *** hired out numerous contractors for different projects in the past but the experience with A to Z was above and beyond. It was my pleasure having you guys work on my home and will be contacting again with our future projects that we have in mind.

We hired A to Z Construction for tile work in our bathtub/shower area. We were very pleased. I received quick responses to my e-mail inquiries, and we were able to get on the schedule quickly. The tile work is great. I recommend A to Z and would definitely use them again if we had more tile jobs.

The story is longer than I can fit here. I posted the full review on ****. But suffice it to say that the communication with the ******************** of my work was insufficient. I ended up not getting the correct size cabinets and they refused to fix their mistake. I often had to wait weeks to get responses to requests for updates. At one point, almost an entire month before finally being told that my cabinet order had been lost. While the project is not finished, I have been very disappointed with my experience with this company.

My name is *** and I am the owner of A to Z Construction. I am glad this was brought to my attention and I am very sorry for this experience. This is NOT how we do business and this type of service will not be tolerated in A to Z Construction. I am personally taking over this project and making this my priority to get this all taken care of properly asap. Once again I bring my apology for the experience you have had with our project manager and I am going to personally manage this project from now on to make sure all is done and any mistakes are corrected asap. UPDATE: I (Val) Personally met with the homeowner at her house to see everything and made a list of all the items that needed attention. All of the pictures attached in this Review are pictures before the job was fully completed. All of those things were completed and taken care of now that the project is complete. After the project has been fully completed, I have personally been trying to get a hold of the homeowner for almost 2 weeks now and get no response back. The homeowner is a teacher so getting a hold of her isn't easy I understand but 2 weeks with numerous messages and no answer yet.

The owner of A to Z says I haven't responded. I did respond to their messages, but have been repeatedly asked to resubmit paperwork or to answer questions I have already answered. It is too much. I do not have time for it. I have been busy unpacking and trying to find room for things in my (much smaller) cabinets. They did patch the large holes in the under sink cabinets and where they had to take out and reinstall the cabinets because they hadn't taken out the damaged insulation. I should not be getting messages like, "Can you remind me why...?"

Once again we apologize for any inconvenience that we might have caused with this project. We never asked you to Re-Submit any paperwork thats not true, we asked you to let us know by text the reason you requested to have your dishwasher replaced. This project was an insurance claim. There was numerous delays during the project that was out of our control. We were doing our best to keep the project going as fast as possible. There were delays from our Subcontractors as well. Once we all realized that the cabinet order was lost (out of our control) we offered the option to go a different route which was agreed and accepted. Yes the cabinets are not 100% exact same size as previous cabinets and usually things will be slightly different. But they are high quality cabinets that are much better then your previous cabinets and it ended up costing us a lot more then if we would have matched the quality of your previous cabinets. We did that so we can get your kitchen done asap. I also learned that we were forced to replace the dishwasher and cover that cost simply because the dishwasher was in the garage and when the homeowner parked her car next to the dishwasher, the snow that melted off the car, went under the dishwasher and touched the dishwasher legs. Thats what I was told during the visit and that was the only thing I asked her to confirm which homeowner would not do that through a text message and told me that she is frustrated that of me asking that. Homeowner is also trying to get us to replace her Window A/C Unit since she can see dust inside and claiming that ll the dust came from us doing the work in the room. We all understand that dust is unavoidable during a remodel project but to claim that all the dust in the A/C unit that is numerous years old is from us doing the project doesn't seem like a fair and honest statement. We had the A/C Unit professionally cleaned that has been collecting dust for numerous years before we even started. Any bathroom fan, Any A/C unit, Any duct work that is a few years will collect and have dust and have to be cleaned up once in a while. We went above an beyond to finish this project for you asap with all the delays etc... We did not make any profit on your project, but instead ended paying out of pocket to get this project completed for you. We paid for items and labor more then what insurance paid for it and a lot of that had to do with all the price increases on a lot of the materials recently as well as labor shortage. I hope that you can see all the hard work that was put into your project to make this all work for you, besides just the negatives that happened during the project. People are always quick to complain but have a hard time seeing the hard work thats being done behind the curtains. I personally have to wait for a few days to sometimes almost 2 weeks in order to get a reply from you when I send you a text message and when I do get a reply its usually very late in the day/night. Called a few times and was never able to get you to pick up either. But we do what we can to work with peoples schedules and try to see the positives and not just the negatives. I personally met with this homeowner and made notes of everything that needed to be addressed and finished. Sent out our guy to get everything finished up. Everything is now completed.
