on or about 10/22/2021, **** who is or may be an employer/employee called me to inform me the employee who installed my seamless gutters on my house damaged my outside lighting system. **** asked me to call him back at ************ and let me know the cost of the system. so I called his office and left a VM as to its cost originally of $30.00. He has not responded to my call. I emailed his office according to the email address he sent to me in order to set up a date to install my seamless gutters. For such a small amount, it would be such a small investment to stave off a report to ********* Consumer Affairs and the ********* State *************************Business response

We're sorry for delay in our response to the broken light fixture. Your email regarding the replacement cost went into a junk folder. We did not receive a voice mail. A check will be sent in today's mail for the $30.00. Also look for a gift card from us for the inconvenience. Thank you for your business.
