Took my kid there for an appt on 8/24/23 the appointment time they highlighted was 2:30 arrived & the receptionist was extremely rude stated we where late & needed to reschedule. In the appointment card it stated 2;30 & please arrive 15 minutes early ( that part not highlighted last line of appt card) it does not state must arrive 15 minutes early. She was rude asked to speak to a office manager the office manager refused to come out & talk to resolve this situation so I called in to the office and they kept putting the call in a hold queue so I sat on hold ************************************************************************************************************************* to the clinic, then when I wouldnt give her any patient information I just asked her to give my number to the manager because I wanted to keep all that information private she hung up on me. This is poor patient care. They need to print the correct appointment time on the patients reminder cards a lot of these patients have state care and its not fair that the staff treats them poorly cause its basically the only place that they can go get Care. I work at a medical clinic, and I would never ever treat my patients this way.Every clinic Ive ever been to you follow the appointment time that is highlighted or wrote down.
