We placed an order for new fireplace doors with this business in September of ***************************************************************************************** January 2022. However, this owner did not communicate the doors would be shipped or installed. I left several messages on voice mail and text messages. He would not get back to us. He asked for a deposit but never followed through with getting us a quote on price or asking for it. After the doors were installed we noticed deep scratches in the frame and notified him and sent him photos. He had the installer stop with some paint to try and cover them. The installer even said well that looks terrible after he sprayed the paint on the frame. I notified him that we were not satisfied and asked him to check with the manufacturer for compensation. Months went by and received a **** in this June, 2022 with a past date of 2/25/22 and I contacted him indicating we were waiting to hear about compensation. Again, no contact. We now received another **** and I called once again with no answer and left a voicemail to PLEASE contact us so we can get this resolved. This owner will not make contact to resolve our issues. I wish we would have check the ****** reviews because there are several customers with the same complaint.
