      I ordered a bunch of food last month. Ate the mint chip sundae cone and have been sick ever since. Listeria is no joke. Do not order from this company. Based out of ****** with who knows what bacteria growing everywhere. Worst CEO and customer **********************. I never got a refund and I have been severely ill. Do not order from them.

      I have ordered a large order for our business for summer as we always did with passed owner. We used to get a lot. The delivery date has been changed three times. Now the middle of summer and nothing from Yelloh We have decided to move on after calling many times and only getting a computer answer. They clearly do not care.

      *** delivery just got here 6/20/24 both cardboard boxes were saturated with moisture and crushed all frozen food was thawed and crushed . You can't ship frozen food in a cardboard box. I also order from OMAHA STEAKS and am very happy they ship in styrofoam containers a better idea to protect the food YELLOW isn't that bright. I'm done with YELLOW>

      Ordered for Saturday delivery and driver cancelled order customer ********************** reordered since I had a ***** coupon for Wednesday delivery and waited both days next thing I no I get a email saying order cancelled after customer ********************** said they would be here company gone down hill I give up 2 days of waiting and orders get canceled it's a joke now customer ********************** says they will send to local depot they don't care been dealing with this for 6 months never get a response from depot they should give my order for free my time is money they have a problem if order from there customer ********************** even get canceled worst customer ********************** more we talk to people everyone saying they have same problem orders getting canceled and pricing don't even compare to grocery store anymore ridiculous priced now after take over beware you won't get your orders in **** pa don't waste your time

      Once you became ‘yellow’, your customer service was terrible. I had to contact you several times to receive a response. I explained you were severally overcharging me for delivery. You finally responded saying you no longer deliver to my address. Your prices went up, and your service went down. I will no longer purchase anything from your company! In addition, not recommend anyone else to purchase anything either.

      I am a former customer of Schwain's and I am trying to be able to order some products. I have tried for months to get someone to call me so I can order from them. This company has a chatbot that directs you to an online form to answer your questions. They never contact me except for a e-mail saying they are going to contact me. I then scheduled a call back, a week away, they callled me and I guess because the number wasn't in my phone it went to voice mail and they never left a number where they can be reached. This company doesn't seem to want their old customer's back. I am begging for them to call and no one cares!!!!!!!! All I want is to check my e-mail address and password and to be able to order online. I think it has my old work e-mail in the system, and I juse want to be able to order some chicken. This isn't like the old Schwains. They loved their customers and would answer the phone!!!! This chatbot is horrible. I am glad it isn't my company as you are losing a ton of money and customers. I am about to send you a Fedex package, to the company, with a letter stating my issue to see if this helps. Maybe the CEO doesn't understand what they are doing to their customer base and how hard it is to get an issue resolved. In Colorado, we lost our salesman, and used to have GREAT service. One Star is a blessing at this point!

      Pathetic. Placed an order to be delivered on the 9th, no show no call nothing. Checked the app again on the 3rd day of no show and and it had been rescheduled for the 24th. No notification at all. The service has been going down hill for a while but is now non-existent. Just quit screwing with people and close your doors. We will not be placing anymore orders.

      Horrible food..unsafe as food was delivered expired or close to expiration date.There is no expiration date on packages, so you have to connect on website (they have no customer service phones since Yelloh), and wait 24 hours for a callback, then read them the box codes, and prove you had delivery by the date. Representatives are crude, nasty, and belittling. I had about $100 of expired food, (thank goodness we didn't eat it) and it was all sealed and unopened. They credited me $14. Stay away!

      4-1-2024 - I have ordered and received products for years through Schwan's now Yelloh. They have always been courteous and professional. I had a problem with a missing item. I messaged them and the driver returned with my missing item within a short tiime, (same day). They have done well for taking over the company during the time when it was almost impossible to receive sipments of goods. We live in a muuch more chaotic time now. I do not get out much at my "senior" age and the deliveries are very important to me. I am greatful for this company. I am a satisfied cuctomer.

      I had the worst customer service experience. I had to wait 4 days for a call back to speak to a live person. I spoke to a Joan S. She was extremely rude. She made me feel she didn't care about my concerns. She was very dismissive. I was very uncomfortable speaking with her. I can't believe she is a employee of customer service.
