I purchases a Beretta M9A4 Centurion from their gunbroker account. When i received the firearm at my FFL we were unsure if it was the correct size as they make two different models with two different barrel lengths. One being 4.7" and the other being 5.1". Once i took possession of the firearm and got home i was able to take a tape measure to the barrel and confirm this was in fact not the correct firearm that i ordered. However, all the paperwork stated the centurion 4.7" is what they were supposed to send me. I contacted ****** and after being on hold for about 20 minutes he told me "There was no way they sent me the wrong gun" and told me where to check the skew numbers. Once we did that, we confirmed there was one digit wrong with the skew compared to my receipt, so they did in fact send me the wrong gun. He promised me a phone call in the morning when the shipping department was in the office. That phone call never came. I then called him back multiple times only to reach voicemail. When i called the shop number not the online sales department he answered. He then promised me to send a return shipping label. He never did that. I am to the point i wouldnt trust sending this firearm back after paying $1100 and risking another mistake. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN and recommend others to follow suit.

I recently left a review upset about a firearm that arrived damaged, Turns out it was due to a manufacturing issue. The owner is going above and beyond to make it right and it seems it wasnt his fault at all. I immediately emailed the bbb as well as called and left a voicemail asking for the review to be removed before it was published online because it was a misunderstanding out of the owners hands and he is making right on the issue.
