I purchased a vehicle from their site back in January of 2023. The vehicle was delivered to my home a couple weeks later. I was promised that a title for the vehicle would be sent out within a week or two. That Time has long since passed. The tabs that were on the vehicle ran out last July. So I am unable to drive the vehicle. I have contacted the dealer with emails , phone calls and received nothing in return. After some investigating the vehicle was sold to me but was not paid for by the dealer so the original place that had it prior to the dealer purchasing it is holding the title until they get paid. The bond to get the title is over $5000. I paid close to $6000 for the truck to begin with and I am not spending another $5000 for a title which I should have gotten anyway. This is a crime. I cannot do anything with this vehicle and I have requested my money back and I would even bring the vehicle to them.

We are sorry to hear about this situation. You purchased this vehicle from MNAutoAuctions.com, owned by ***********************, in *****, **. MNAutoAuctions.com/Minnewaska Motors was the dealer of record for the sale of this vehicle and was responsible for processing the title work to transfer the vehicle into your name. MNAutoAuctions.com was terminated from K-BID in January 2023. We have had no communication with *********************** since the termination. We suggest you contact the Dealer's Unit at the ******** of ****** Safety and let them know about this situation. The Dealer's Unit is responsible for issuing Auto Dealer licenses in *********. You can reach the Dealer's Unit at ************.

      Thank you.

I am rejecting this response because: k-bid.com was the one that allowed him to sell the vehicles and scam people. I have spoken to dealer investigations people and they have given me other numbers to call to no avail. I have a pickup truck rotting at my home, I cannot drive it, or sell it. I am out the $5000+ I spent on this vehicle and the only way to get a title is to pay the original auction house who sold ***************** the truck for another $5000. Does k-bid.com not vet who they allow to sell on their site?

**BID manages the **BID.com website. **BID does not conduct auctions, nor do we have any part in the business operations of the independent auction companies that sell on the website. This bidder purchased the vehicle from an auto dealer licensed by the State of *********. **BID did not benefit monetarily or in any other way from the transaction between the bidder and the independent auction company.

So my issue is with the discription, as well as, the out ragous fees. The ad said the vehicle was ready ro drive. But when the man delivered it he had already started the vehicle prior to my arrival, which seemed a bit odd but i dismissed it at the time, he immediately handed me some paperwork to sign, reluctantly i signed before examining the car. So after returning the clip board to the driver with the signed papers, i began to do an examination, the battery located behind the passanger seat was exposed and the connectors were loose. I attempted to tighten them up without success. When i went to inquire about this to the driver he was gone. He slipped out before i could ask him anything. I proceeded to drive the car home upon which i could not go over *********************************************** the front end i had to pull off the road. It was at this time i called a tow truck and had it delivered to ****** car shop and repair. Once the employee was able to assess the vehicle he gave me a call to inform me, the vehicle has 3 different sized tires, the front end has to be alligned and new tires put on, the serpinteen belt is about to break off, it is shredded, one of the headlights is out, the battery is completely unuseable, the oil in it is as dark as tar, and all the fluids are dangerously low ie. brake, ******, power steering, ect. All of which cost me an additional 1500. On top of 5600. Now its bill is up to 7100. When i actually bid the car at 4050. That is almost double what i bid on it for. When i contacted them they said, i have forwarded your concerns to management.

K-BID is sorry to hear about your frustration with We Sell Your Stuff Auctions. However, your complaint should not have been filed against K-BID, as you purchased the vehicle from We Sell Your Stuff, an independent auction company. As stated in the website auction terms:

K-BID's Role in Auctions Published on K-BID,com
K-BIDs role in the auctions listed on K-BID.com is limited to providing the venue for affiliate auctions. Affiliates are not employees, agents, representatives or partners of K-BID Online, Inc. K-BIDs knowledge about individual auctions and individual auction transactions is limited to the information appearing on the website. Questions and issues relating to a specific auction or transaction must be directed to the affiliate named as conducting and managing that particular auction. The auction specific terms, found below each auction item picture and description, lists the name and phone number of the individual authorized by the independent business to conduct and manage that specific auction on the auction company's behalf.

      Thank you,

My account was disabled. I contacted k-bid and here is the response.C*****, Your account is closely tied to several household accounts that have been permanently disabled. Based on this, you will not be allowed to place bids on K-BID.com auctions. Thank you,***************************** I sent three emails and left one phone message to find out whats going on. No response yet. My account shows my invoices are paid up to date and Im the only one in my household with a kbid account so I need some clarification to make sure there isnt some identity fraud or theft taking place.

This bidder shares a last name and address with multiple other bidder accounts that have been disabled due to not abiding to the terms and conditions of K-BID.com auctions.

I am rejecting this response because:

So because of my affiliation with a relative that *** have unresolved business with k-bid, and I *** happen to rent a shop on my property to them, I can no longer have a K-bid account, even though myself specifically have excellent credit and history with K-bid, and an active credit card that can cover anything I would potentially bid on through k-bid.

Sounds fishy.  I'll look into this a little bit but come on,  If one person in an apartment or townhome disgruntles K-bid, I guess they disable anyone else's account that happens to have the same last name.

People should be judged by their own character and not by the characteristics of another person.  This is 2023, not 1954.
