            Met with *** over the phone on 3/23 for tax preparation assistance. Left the appointment with her indicating she would send a couple forms needing signature as well as a link to complete our payment for the service and the taxes would be filed by her on our behalf. I attempted to contact her once per week since then (via email or phone call) and have never received a response from her. Emails went unanswered and most of the call attempts lead to a voicemail box that was completely full. When VM box was open for submission, the voicemails were left without any response. The taxes were never completed or submitted prior to the deadline and have yet to be completed to this day leaving me to file on my own and potentially incur late penalties. No payment was submitted for this service as the business never sent me the link to complete the payment despite numerous requests for this information.
