Company recently sent me red card after I requested over a year ago went to register it and its still not enabling me to do so. Evidently an old card that was lost was used once and this was long since remedied over 2 years ago not sure why this is still an issue Register card remove whatever restriction you have in place as this was said to have been done sometime agoBusiness response

According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Section 609 (a)(1)(A), you are required by federal law to verify - through the physical verification of the original signed consumer contract - any and all accounts you post on a credit report. Otherwise, anyone paying for your reporting services could fax, mail or email in a fraudulent account.I demand to see Verifiable Proof (an original Consumer Contract with my Signature on it) you have on file of the accounts listed below. Your failure to positively verify these accounts has hurt my ability to obtain credit. Under the ***** unverified accounts must be removed and if you are unable to provide me a copy of verifiable proof, you must remove the accounts listed below. Target ************Business response

My mom opened a target redcard online and we made a purchase of a *********** for 108 dollars. We paid that off in 3 months. The next purchase was a twin bed . We bought a twin mattress and an atlas box spring and sleep resolution bed frame. We got the mattress and it was disgusting. It was filthy and the seams were coming out. I called Target and told them. They said throw it out and we will credit your account. Next we got a delivery from ***** for a hercules metal folding foundation. From Target. We came home one day and it was just there at the door. I called Target and they did not seem to realize the mistake. I said " I bought an ATLAS BOX SPRING" how did you go from that to a HERCULES METAL FOLDING FOUNDATION? They could not answer me I looked online and they don't even sell it. I finally found it on Amazon. I called back and they said well maybe we share a warehouse with Amazon and they took it from there. Then I wrote to the BBB about it and a girl named ******** wrote back. I'll send a replacement. She sent another Hercules then we got a Sinus metal frame instead of the sleep resolution I ordered. So I called and said come get this stuff because the frame itself is defective and fell on my foot. They didn't care. I could not get them to take the stuff back. They said we will credit your account just throw the stuff away. I said no come get it. They refused. They kept billing us. We disputed. They finally took the hercules back 6 months later. They are still charging. They are even charging for a tv we already paid for AND they reported it to MY CREDIT instead of my mom's and since we returned and disputed charges BY LAW they can't report it and then I found out they wiped the purchase history from the account which they can't do and STILL charging for stuff we don't have and NOW my credit rating is RUINED. I can't get an apartment I could not even get a bank account and then don't seem to care! This is considered FRAUD. They need to fix this and comp me!Business response

Thanks for contacting Target on behalf of our guest ***************************.Upon receiving the complaint, we have issued a manual refund of $189.29 (the remaining amount for order #*************) by check to the guests address listed in their complaint. The check refund will be issued and reeved within 3 weeks by mail. Regarding the Red**** portion of this complaint, we are unable to answer any specific questions about the Target Red****TM . If the owner of the account has additional questions regarding their Red****, they can contact Target **** Services through Manage My Red**** on Target.com, or call ************.

I am rejecting this response because:
THEY RUINED OUR CREDIT. TOTALLY COMPLETELY RUINED OUR CREDIT AND THEY THINK THIS IS ALL THEY NEED TO DO? I. DONT. THINK. SO!!!! THEY OWE US BIG TIME!!!!!
