      Last year I purchased a controller, I specifically asked me what would happen if I returned and the color of the controller wasn't in stock? They said clearly, I would get another controller of the same type, but in a different color. Noone mentioned that I got the controller discounted and the policy isn't the same. Fast forward I go to the store and had a terrible interaction, called customer service after and was on the phone for 3 hours trying to rectify the situation. Was told I would get the refund of the difference on my credit card but of course, I get a email today saying they won't do it. So I leave a 1 star review because that's rediculous. They responded to the review and said to contact them, I did, and the man tells me I'm wrong, I received the policy and not ONCE acknowledged that I was lied to by their employee. They putt bait and switch tactics.

      I went to return a $200 item that did not work but was two days late beyond their 15 day return policy because I had a death in the family. I tried explaining this to the Manager in Oswego, Cynthia and she stated she couldn’t do anything about it because it was outside the return window. I asked her to get her boss and she brought over a man named Carter who said the same thing and that I could call Corporate and if they sent the store an email they would return it. I went out to the parking lot got customer service on the phone and they asked me to go back in the store so they could talk to the store manager. I got Cynthia again and even though corporate was telling her on rte phone to return the product she resided. Then she grabbed the general manager Jody Johnson who absolutely refused to return my product. I’m out over $200 on a product I now can’t use ! They should be out of business. I’m taking to every platform I can to warn people DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

      Long story short I never received an item I purchased back in November. A wrong item was boxed in place of my purchase and they haven’t replaced or refunded me for the item that cost me $1200.00. I won a judgement in court and now I’m hoping they will do the right thing and pay up.

      Absolute garbage customer service, I had damaged appliance delivered to my house and can’t seem to find anyone in customer service who actually cares. The appliance is damaged beyond use, still they don’t care.

      I talked to a Best Buy customer service agent to schedule a antenna installation. I explained to the agent that it was an exterior antenna and it was on a second story roof. I was told this is not a problem. I went ahead and set up an appointment for the work to be done. I was on the phone for almost an hour just to get that done. The installer came to the house to do the work and said that being on a second story he could not do the job. I had missed time at work to meet with the Geek squad guys, and all that I got was sorry we can not do that. If I was told in the first place that this could not be done I would have moved on. Now I have so much time invested in this and still have not gotten the service I was told they would do. Best Buys phone system is not useful at all. Everyone there follows the same script and all they are aloud to do is say I am sorry. They do not care about customer satisfaction at all.

      i had an installation on a product that they CONFIRMED an appointment for, lone behold they CANCEL last second and rescheduled me for 8 more days, to drive all the way to san diego and wait 2 more hours. they told me i would have to wait 3 MONTHS for another appointment at this store when i already booked it. I am so mad that i am shaking writing this message. I have never been so angry in my entire life. I did not just sit though that stupid process of scheduling to wait even LONGER.

      I was promised that if I purchased a product right now that they would price match that product on Prime Days (July 16 & 17, 2024). Did a live chat to get the matching price on July 16 only to be told that my purchase is outside the return window of 15 days (it was day 17). Tried talking to a superior only to be denied again even though there is a script from my live chat that promised the price match on Prime Days and specifically named July 16 & 17 as days they would price match for me. Their response was sorry and that agent made a mistake. So the product was ok, but the integrity of the customer service people left a lot to be desired.

      DO NOT BUY!! I bought an eSIM from them, their digital delivery didn't work (worked with best buy support and with mint mobile support). Basically the product was not delivered to me, but I was charged. Calling their support, they said they don't do refunds for digital purchases. So they took the money, and didn't give me the product. Will never work with BestBuy, stick with Amazon and Walmart. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, there is no accountability.

      Richmond, indiana store, I dropped my phone a few days ago and came into replace with knowing I had the warranty. Took it to geek squad and they tell me I would have to wait and one would be mailed to me. Oh and I would need to pay $99 for a "service fee". I asked what service are you providing me that costs $99? They couldn't answer that. Service fees should be covered under the warranty. I paid the $99 and waited 2 days and I got my phone in the mail, brought it to the store and 2 geek squad guys helped me with the exchange a data transfer. I left my old phone with geek squad so they could return it. (Otherwise they told me I would be charged for not returning it) last night, (2 days after leaving with my new phone) I just realize, my phone is missing the stylus. I come back in, tell the kid at geek squad I'm missing my stylus, he looks at me and says, "we'll im sorry they didn't tell you that your new phone didn't come with it but there's nothing we can do." What? When anyone buys a new phone, do they buy a stylus separately? No. New phone, new stylus. How was I supposed to know as the customer that I didn't have a stylus sent with my replacement phone? I said well can't you get intouch with wherever you guys send them back to and have it sent back? Nope, sorry there's nothing we can do. They should have known about their own warranty program not providing stylus' in this matter and should have told me or even said, sorry we didn't mention it, let us make it right and get you a new one. Nope, nothing. The manager Hannah is out here walking all around and has said nothing to me, I've been standing in this store for almost an hour waiting for a geek squad guy "to make some phone calls" to see if he can find a stylus they can replace it with. Hannah, as a manager over the cell phone station you should atleast address this customer service issue in your store. Btw, I can't just buy a stylus from the store. I asked. Do better!
