This is a paid email service that I have used for years and now I can't access my emails since mid November 2023. This is a service that I pay for and this is a breach of the terms of our agreement. I would love to be able to access my emails and forward them to a new address. I have been completely unable to reach anyone from the company to help me. I've exhausted all methods of trying to fix this on my own since the issue started and need help, please help me!!!

They will NOT EVER answer a phone call (claiming "a high volume of calls" - ALWAYS!!)So are they going to just steal money from my bank account for as long as they want, and I have nothing to say about it?? Letters to the CA Attorney General are worthless - they don';t seem to care that a ** business is stealing money from peoples' accounts.WILL SOMEBODY PLEASE DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE?? THANK YOU!

Everyone.net is an email provider.I am locked out of my account.Repeated calls to customer service for the last SIX months have resulted in no way to reach a person to get me back into my email. The message I get is "your security questions are not setup, contact customer service".I've been contacting customer service for SIX months.Perhaps the BBB by shaming these a$$holes into having someone call me to resolve will finally get me back into my email. This is a paid email service, not like gmail or free services. These folks are awful. Tell your friends.Thank you for your help.****,*****************************

I have had a domain and email account with ******************** for probably 20 years. The email services I use were sold and acquired from what I understand but for the last year at least, I've been unable to reach anyone about managing my various email accounts under the domain mitchx.com. Just this week it appears that my email services have been shut off all together. No warning, no email, no notification, I am just redirected to some other sales page. I would really like to get this resolved as I have years of email stored on that domain.

Today I visited webmail.everyone.net only to be denied access to my email. The site doesn't accept my login info. I have had my email address for YEARS! Of course there was no valid contact information on their site. I would like a fix/access to my account or a refund.

I've had an Everyone.net account for over 10 years. They were sold and things were fine until March 5, 2023. I haven't been able to get into my email since then. I can't use the forgot password option because it says I have no security questions, but those have been set up since the beginning of my account and always worked fine until March 5th. There is no customer service number to call and I cannot get into my account to change my password. Plus, this is a paid account that is automatically charged.

I am paying for 4 e-mail accounts. Each account is still functional, however, since the sale of the company I'm no longer able to manage the accounts. Everyone.net is not reachable to provide any support on this issue. The very limited contact information they provide is useless. I will be happy to have contact with the company.

I had an email account hosted by Everyone.net. In early 2022, the company was sold and there were all sorts of issues with my email service. It took about 6 weeks to get resolved. In December 2022, all of a sudden I could no longer access my email, **************** My domain is callsue.com. I haven't been able to get any sort of contact information to resolve this.

WARNING!!! Have used Everyone.net email hosting since 2008, generally with few issues. They were bought by Deluxe early 2022. They lost all user emails for 2 weeks during migration. Recently, they lost 3 months of a user's Inbox messages, and lost all messages stored in another user's folders in 2022. Also, a user has had many emails corrupted, and their solution is to delete them! I asked for a refund for the $49 2022 annual fee and they said they would consider that but had no record that I paid for service in 2022 (which I did)! I sent them a copy of the credit card charge, and then they said they couldn't help me unless I phoned in. When you call, you get put on hold for long periods of time, and the person you talk with doesn't know anything about the email conversations. And even with emails, every time you send them an email, a different person seems to reply, who has no context of the info that was shared with the previous person.Incredibly frustrating company to deal with AND they LOSE YOUR EMAILS! I hope this post helps someone avoid the headaches I had to endure.

On Saturday Feb 18th my email account was deleted at Everyone.net. I received the following message at login: "Error! Incorrect email address/password. Please try again." Like other customers I cannot find a Customer Support number to remedy this problem.
