              To Whom It My Concern:

Due to the fact that the city had not finaled out the permit at the first site inspection we had numerous trips back to the project for adjustments, additional footage was installed and also the custom fabricated panel for a full enclosure that fit within the city permitting requirements (the customer was never charged anything additional for any of this extra material or labor costs). When the question of posts being cut came up and could not be confirmed, the Project Manager placed a lifetime warranty on the installed fence posts. This means that if any natural ground shifting or settling occurs which compromises the integrity of the fence we ask that the customer calls us to perform warranty repair work free of charge. The posts are sound as driven and the lead ******* and project manager both agree that this project will hold up for the lifetime of the fence. If any other material issues arise the product is also under a 15 year limited lifetime manufacturer warranty.

              Kindly,

              Twin Cities Fence

Twin Cities Fence (TCF) repaired a fence which borders our yard and our neighbor's yard. The fence is property of the neighbor who was responsible for repairing the fence. While working on the fence, TCF dug new footings for the fence to pour concrete. Leftover concrete was left in our landscaping, ruining the soil and many plants. The total area which is now covered in concrete and concrete/soil mix is significant. This includes not only sizable concrete chunks on the surface but concrete/soil mixture that extends several inches into the ground. The fence repairs took place in May of 2022. I contacted TCF in early June of 2022 and asked that they get in touch with me to find a resolution. They didn't contact me for several weeks during which I repeatedly called and emailed. Finally I spoke with someone over the phone who refused to apologize or offer and remedies. I was able to speak with a manager or owner who said they would try and send a crew out to replace the damage. The last I heard from TCF was in early July 2022. I have called and emailed several times since then with no response. Desired resolution is for TCF to remove the concrete and damaged soil from our landscaping, replace the dirt with new black dirt, and replace mulch in affected areas.

I has a fence installed in 2020 by Twin Cities Fence. Late summer 2021, the gate broke and I called them to come fix it. They called back and said they would come and and fix it within a week. They didn't come because the rain delayed them. Between then and now, I've called the 6-7 times in a month to fix my gate within a month and have received 1 call back. Now they don't even return my calls when I call and my gate is still broken.
