I have never dealt with such an unprofessional, unreliable, dishonest, business owner and workers. I only wish I had recorded our interactions. I hired them to lay flooring I had purchased and to do tear out of existing. kitchen and bathroom floors and if necessary replace damaged OSB. Upon inspection of BR floor it was evident OSB needed replacing by bathtub. They replaced a square with plywood and was not level with the rest of the floor making the plank flooring bounce up and down. Their solution was to caulk it next to bathtub. I told them absolutely not that wouldnt fix the problem. They were told to stop work and a text was placed to the owner. She called & said wasnt coming over to inspect it because she had an appointment with her son and began screaming at me. My son heard her and took the phone and tried talking to ********* continued screaming at him and then hung up on him. We then told the installers to leave. They refused and said they werent done working and that they were the professionals. I told them again to get their tools and leave. Then they threatened to tear up my flooring.. Thats when my son told them to get their tools and get the * out of my house and then they threatened to call the ********* son said, Go ahead, do you really want to be escorted out? Then they physically started moving towards him. They finally got their things and left. I filed a police report. I have since had to hire another contractor to tear up the *** flooring only to find that it was indeed not properly prepped ( s**** heads sticking up which damaged flooring & old tile left on the floor making it uneven) & they put the instruction booklet from the flooring under one of the planks to try to level it. So I now have to purchase more flooring. They left 13 old screws on top of new floor causing scratches. They broke the handle on my front door and gouged areas of sheetrock. I have since found out this company has a history of substandard work. Buyer Beware.

I feel very disappointed of you, as a human you don't respect other peoples wellness I have tell you I can't be there I am on my sons funeral but you didn't understand and because I didn't go right away you have kicked out my guys with out letting them finish the project and with out letting them collect their tools when they wanted to grab their tools your son has tell my guys that your guys are going to call the police. I here when your son has screamed my guys saying Fu!!! Latinos get out from my house I would call the cops on you. unfortunate I was not there other ways I would it wait for the Police to arrive and to talk to them. God bless you but you are racist, you recriminate people by color you try to intimidate my guys pushing them out with out letting them to collect their tools no one has tell you that we were not going to finish the job but you wanted more labor for free when everyone knows any additional labor has to be collected you didn't like the idea of paying extra and you get mad because of that and have act the way you did. If you would be working with American contractor you will not do the same thing you have done to my guys unfortunate you don't understand that even when we are Latino most of the times we born in this country and we have the same right as you.
