      There was a felon in my box of large-sized honey-nut Cheerios. An actual tiny *** offender was swimming around the little choo choos. I share honey-nut Cheerios with my grandson, this is unacceptable. I thankfully found him before my grandson came into contact with him. I turned him over to the authorities. General Mills does not care about the safety of our children. Do better.

      I recently purchased a can of Italian style bean soup which contained a s**** that I bit into. I have called multiple times and have yet to receive a letter or a phone call addressing this concerning issue. I will no longer purchase any General Mills products and have warned family and friends also.

      I wish there was an option to show photos on here. I purchased ******** *************** Party Pack and every single pizza has NO CHEESE. It was all sauce and a couple pieces of pepperoni chunks. I'm so sick of this shrinkflation nonsense. If you are charging us more money, the product needs to at the very least, stay the same. That's the whole reason for raising the prices, so it can remain the same. I want my money back. That is the only solution here. General Mills products have majorly decreased in quality. And it's so bad that the off-brands have become a staple in my house because General Mills thanks I'm going to fall for their price gouging and a low quality products.

      I have been purchasing the Fiber One caramel nut bars for a couple years now and have been watching the prices increase over the past few years. Back in 2021 they were $4.68 a box of 10 bars, in 2022 $6.92 and 2023 $8.84. I understand we're in a time of inflation, but as the prices are going up, the bars are also getting smaller and to me, that's price gauging. The bars back in 2021 were 4"L x 1 1/2"W x 3/4"H and today they are 3 1/2"L x 1 1/2"W x 1/2"H. Now, overall that might not seem bad unless you actually see them getting smaller and thinner. I have contacted General Mills over the years as these bars have been getting shorter and all they do is send coupons, but now the whole bar is even thinner along with the prices getting higher and that just isn't right. Large companies can't keep doing this to their consumers. The inflation numbers are bad enough to deal with, but when you get a lot less product for the increased price, then that is PRICE GAUGING!

      I am quite upset. I purchased 6 boxes of Larabar raspberry brownie bars on 6/9 and chipped one of my teeth on the bars as there were hard seeds in all of the bars. I reached out to the company but was unsatisfied, as nothing was done to rectify this situation.

      General Mills box tops program is the worst I bought 2 box tops items to get the extra 5 box tops for ***************** in *********** ** and when I submitted receipt via email it says date can not be found which is a complete lie because the date is so prominently displayed on all ******* digital receipts and this happens every time I try to submit a digital receipt from *******. ******* is such a major store is such a fraud to tell ppl to buy box tops from ******* when you cant get credit because box tops customer service cant see the bold date on both the bottom and the top of the receipt, its a complete scam acting like your helping schools but really they just want ppl to buy their products and then not give the school the money saying we cant see the date on the digital receipt ITS A COMPLETE SCAM DO NOT USE BOX TOPS

      I bought 2 horribly stale boxes of Cheerios and contacted "Cheerios customer complaints." They expect me to pay them a dollar to voice my complaint. Oh it's refundable. I don't think this is right. If General Mills is that greedy then keep my money - but keep your Cheerios too. Another greedy corporation.

      Hello - I am seeing two contacts from this consumer which are waiting for a reply from our team (which will be completed today). We do not have a "pay for expedited service" program, so I am concerned that this consumer may have contacted a third-party site to report his complaint in addition to contacting General Mills. Typically in cases involving Stale product, we would not collect or retrieve the product but would replace the product. Again, we do see this consumer's webform submission of the complaint and will resolve today.

      Found 3 pieces of metal in my 10# bag of Gold Medal Bread flour. Pieces were about the size of 1/4” of a toothpick. So thankful we didn’t chip a tooth. Should be called Gold Metal!
