            I placed an order for grocery delivery for 1/29/2023 because they offered a $20 off an order promotion. The order arrived and didn't have one of the items ordered (the Trident Seafoods Ultimate Fish Sticks). I reached out to get a refund for the missing item ($15.69) and they credited me $10.02 instead of the full amount of the item because of the promo. I've gone back and forth with their customer support trying to explain that the promo I used was an offer off of the order total, not a per-item or percentage-based promo and that, as such, I should be refunded in full for the item not delivered. They've refused. I've asked that they escalate and they've since gone silent. I'm just looking to get a complete refund for an item that they didn't deliver and yet I was charged for.Incidentally, the other "promo" that you see on the order is actually a gift card that I purchased during their Black Friday event, not a promo.

            Buncha hires personal drivers to deliver groceries including raw meat to multiple customers which takes many hours, without providing adequate materials to do so. Rated insulated bags, sufficient cooling devices etc. Also, they send young women to deliver goods taking several trips to high rise low income apartments at night all alone!
