Hello, I went to Fatima African braiding and within 24 hours my extensions were coming out. I called them to complain, and the woman on the phone immediately became defensive and extremely rude to me. She also stated that any services would result in a charge, even before I had a chance to explain myself. She was unwilling to compromise in resolving the issue I was having with my hair. She insinuated that it was my fault and that I am not taking care of my hair properly. In addition, midservice, racist comments were made towards me by another customer and the staff did nothing about that. The staff let the situation escalate further. I felt extremely unsfafe, however, as I was midservice, I could not leave the salon. I tried to explain to the woman on the phone who identified as the business owner, however, she would not give me her name. She continued to argue with me over the phone and then hung up on me. At this time, it is Sunday February 19th and my issues have not been resolved and no solutions have been provided. Thank you, ***********************
