I was seeking help about a lost form through the MEND software. I spoke with a representative named ****** on Friday the 13th around 4pm. Hopefully, you can pull up a transcript of our conversation. ****** is not safely trained to work with people with mental health issues and should be fired. He does not seem to understand the concept of gaslighting and/or health care related PTSD. He had no real desire to help me with my problem and kept telling me that I didn't see what I was literally looking at on my computer screen right in front of me. I tried to take screen shots, but couldn't send them via chat. He disconnected the chat when I got frustrated, then when I asked to speak to a manager told me we must have been "disconnected by accident". He made no attempt to repair the rupture when I reconnected. I will not be getting mental health care because this person was seemingly compassionless.Business response

This complaint has nothing to do with MEND, a ********* corporation doing business since **** when it was incorporated.
Other corporations, however, claim to be MEND.
Unfortunately, our dba name and common law trademarks have not been protected as when we acquired this dba name originally in ****.
Our primary network-based website is mend.net and others have acquired similar names which have major impact on our operations.
Inspection of our homepage reveals that we have nothing to do with the business of which the complaint pertains.
MEND does not provide the delineated services but on searches of the web others are medical operations.
Perhaps, you could help the party ascertain which entity was involved.
We have raised concerns with the MN Secretary of ************ but it was not fruitful.
This complaint, in fact, represents a very disturbing example reflecting our concerns.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.The actually violation was committed by a company with the same name who appears to not be registered with the BBB.
