              **** was paid in full by my HRA. Despite this, I continue to receive "final notice" bills for the amount paid from a third party ****** in the name of Emergency Care Consultants. This is manipulative and coercive behavior, particularly for patients who might be confused about which bills were paid. It also threatens my credit score, which leads to lasting monetary loss. It's impossible to get anyone on the phone about this. Please respond and confirm that my account is paid in full.
