PREDATORY COMPANY. Will send you to collections without mailing you a bill OR calling you. First I heard of this bill was by the collections agency they sent my bill to!!

Absolutely predatory company. We received no bill and now have a collections letter sent to us with the same information the hospital clinic or whatever (we have no information on this "bill). These are predators. They will not send you a bill before sending you to collections (for services not specified).They bypassed my insurance, which would cover any medical services I have received.They lied and said they tried to reach out to me, and that the mail service sent it back, but somehow the collections agency reached me with the same information.They have done this to many people, ruining many people's credit.I am ready for the class-action, lets bring these monsters down.Emergency Care Consultants, PA Response

I used the ** in ********, ** on 1/10/20. They use ** care consultants doctor's. I received other bills from this organization during 2020 that I paid. I received a **** for the 1/10/20 visit on 4/20/21, 15 months after the dos. I sent a letter with the billing stub asking questions how a **** can be over a year late. I tried to call many different numbers and cannot connect with billing representative. I again again received another **** 9/14/31, 20 months from the date of service. I again sent another letter with no response. I again received a 3rd **** 12/24/21, 23 months after the date of service. I cannot believe how a business can survive with a dysfunctional accounting and billing department. I have read other reviews and complaints about how poorly this organization operates. It's ridiculous how you get billed a year to 2 years late. I wonder if this is a scam buisness. Maybe search out a different ** location.Emergency Care Consultants, PA Response

I received a notification from a collection agency that I owe this company money. I never received a bill. I tried to contact directly and was told the computer system was down but they took a note and said they’d re-send me a bill. Never received that and got another notice from a collection agency.Emergency Care Consultants, PA Response
