i stayed at this hotel back in 2018 it was fine i stayed here again recently oct ***** the place has gone downhill they no longer provide use of a computer and printer in there lobby and now you need a key card just to use the elevator and to top it off i get back home now 2 days later to find a $150 dollar charge on my credit card for a supposed trashed room see they dont even have to prove it use extreme caution before using this hotel it is now run by crooks..............

Most awful experience ever. i checked in the day before and sent a copy of my *** drove 2.5 hrs here for my daughters 19 birthday. I never use my ID and didn't realize it was expired. the guy at counter was useless and rude. He said there is nothing to do and I wouldnt get a hotel anywhere in the cities. FaceTimed my husband who was in ******* and could show his ID live with the guy and transfer the reservation under him and the guy said no. he had to hold the *** I asked why it let me pre check in. he had no answer. Then I asked about getting my $ back and he said no because I didn't give a 48 cancel notice. I DIDNT CANCEL YOU WOULDNT LET ME CHECK IN OR TRANSFER THE RESERVATION. we went down the road and made a reservation under my husband and they FaceTimed with his ID looked at my adult daughters *** I'm filing a complaint for terrible service and not giving my $ back. The guy couldn't even see the *** even though I made it through the hotel. He just walked away and helped someone else as my daughters in tears. Awful awful awful if I could give zero stars or 10 thumbs I would. I have reported with BBB and Yelp. Ive never been treated so poorly at a business and just shoved away.I want my money back. This was the worst experience ever AND TO ADD TO THIS YOU CHARGED ME TODAY. MY HUSBAND FILED TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND I AM AS WELL TODAY. I ALSO FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE ***** AND REVIEW ON YELP. I AM GETTING EVERYONE I KNOW TO YELP ANOTHER BAD REVIEW. I put in a fraud claim with my bank since your hotel doesnt stand behind good service just awful service. Im so glad there were other hotel nearby not like you. And my husband is a retired military veteran with a lot of contacts that have stayed with you that havent heard a good now since this happened. I WANT MY **** MINEY BACK BECAUSE THIS WHOLE SITUATION IS DISGUSTING

I had to stay three nights at the Millennium for work and while the view from my room was great, the room smelled like dirty socks. There are NO security cameras in their parking area in order to figure out who broke into my car, rifled through everything, and took an item from the trunk. The staff did not appear surprised at the break in since, "We are in downtown Minneapolis." Night two and day three, the revolving entry smelled of urine. Upon arriving home, I realized my husband left my conference bag. When I called the hotel to check their lost and found, I was on hold for 41 minutes only to be sent to housekeeping to leave a message. It's obvious this area can be sketchy after dark and the staff can only do so much (especially when they appear to be understaffed), but don't advertise cleanliness when it's not and beef up the security since the area is obviously not safe. Will never stay at a Millennium Hotel again.
