      On April 26, 2021, over two years ago, we purchased a bedroom set from Lucy Interior Design for $80,148.06. Funds were wired in full for the payment. On 6/16/21, we ordered a second nightstand, for which no payment was made as we were never billed. On 10/24/22, 18 months later, I texted and emailed *************************, the owner, asking about the status of our order because there had been no communication from her firm, and she had billed us in full before she would place the order. In answer to my October, 2022 text, she informed me that the pieces would ship soon, and I instructed her to change the delivery address to ******. She never did so, telling me 3 months later on 1/27/23 that one of her employees had just inspected *********************" - in *********** - where everything was uncrated and has been left sitting unprotected in a warehouse for over 3 months. The dresser, which we thought was at the warehouse, had been returned to the manufacturer because it was supposedly damaged in transit. This fact was sneaked into a later email. Rather than working with us to resolve her many errors, **** Interior has been hiding behind a lawyer, with whom, just to get this behind us, we agreed on a settlement and wired funds for the remaining balance on the additional nightstand. Once they had the money, they told us that they had ordered the wrong nightstands. We demanded a refund for the two nightstands, and delivery of the remaining furniture to a ****** warehouse. Recent emails to **** Design's lawyer have gone unanswered.This has been a nightmare, and the order, which Lucy Interior Design fumbled, is now over two years old. We've paid nearly $82,000, have no furniture and no definitive answers as to what they're doing. We want the furniture in *********** shipped to ****** immediately, we want a contact person at ******************* so that we can collect our dresser once it's fixed, and we want a full refund in the amount of $17,134 for the two mis-ordered nightstands.
