      We have a 20 year Union Fidelity Term policy for my wife that I would like to cancel. This has been a long time direct debit from our account. The premium recently rose and we cannot afford this any longer. I have zero correspondence from the Life Insurance company or Administrator for 10 years. I don't know how to cancel with no website or phone number. The debit charge only states Insurance so not even certain if the policy has changed hands again. I need help on who to contact to terminate this very old policy. Thank you

      I am trying to contact the company but the number doesn't go to a person. I've tried all the options but it just stays on hold music and a person never comes ontot he phone. They do not have a website or portal to access nor an email to use. The only option is to call and talk with an agent.

      I just wanted to stop the complaint. I was finally able to get ahold of an actual person with the company and all is okay. Ive attached a copy should you require. Thank you.

      I am waiting for a copy of the Original  document that my dad signed showing accident insurance defined on the document and not Life Insurance.

      Ive been paying on a life insurance policy since I was about 55 years old. $204 /year.In 2022, I did not get request for premium.Im 80 years old now.I tried to call them, but their phone service is disconnected and no further information. Did they go bankrupt or what? I want to know if my policy is still in effect, do I owe a premium? Can I get a copy of the policy Ive been paying on for years. They did send me a Privacy Notice this December so they have my correct address. Is this a scam company? I need help with this situation. Thank you, *********************

      My dad passed away on August 27th, 2022. My dad always pointed out to me, his daughter, that he had a Life Insurance with a company but that the name of his insurance company was changed to Union Fidelity. My dad paid his yearly amounts until 94 years of age. My dad definitely believed his insurance was a "LIFE INSURANCE." But, Union Fidelity says otherwise, Accidental insurance. I've called several times and told a check will be issued to me, I have not received any such check. I've asked for my dad's original Life Insurance policy to be mailed to me for review with my Attorney, but no response received from Union Fidelity company on this matter to date. Please give me honest and correct answers and respond to me in good faith.

      I have call and talk many times asking this insurance to send me my payment information for the month of August. I heave not as of today, August 11, 2022 received my insurance Payment for the month of August. I payed the July premium. I was told that the August payment would be mail to me and I am still waiting.

       Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I will revisit this complaint if I am not satisfied with business response and actions. It depends on how they respond and deliver/send my monthly **** statements every month. If satisfactory, then I will consider case resolved.

      My sister filed paperwork on dad's life insurance when he passed in July 2021. The policy was effective since June 14th, **** and purchased through ********** Wards. He paid premiums on his whole life policy for over 30 years... when to policy was bought by Union Fidelity Life insurance company and serviced by ias in ***********, ** he was not properly informed of when or how to continue his premium payments.at which time he was 88. We were informed the policy self paid until January 2017 and lapsed. We are sure dad did not willfully discontinue payments on this policy at age 91. The servicer only contact information is a PO Box and an 800# which has been unsuccessful.. We believed Union Fidelity Life Insurance Company scammed our dad out of his accumulated cash value and life insurance benefits. We would like to appeal this decision in honor of our fathers hard work for payment of his policy in full (less any outstanding premiums for he was not billed or provided information to pay).

      Have been trying to reach this company for a couple of weeks, just to pay my premium with no luck. Now I see so many complaints about them and that they are not a BBB accredited company. I would like someone to please get back to me ,as I now want the paperwork to just cash in my policy and go with another company.
