This complaint is regarding billing incompetency and owed money from Prairie Care MN (not enough room for medical incompetency.) We continue to get phone calls and bills from this organization, even though bills have been paid MONTHS ago. I have ALL receipts paid to them through THEIR SYSTEM and have needed to provide them back to this organization and yet our account still has a balance. Additionally, an incompetent admin overcharged our copay and we are now OWED money, of which I am requesting IMMEDIATE PAYMENT. If Prairie Care needs additional information regarding this request, they should contact their internal staff and look at their internal system instead of continuing to bother their patients. The latest receipts were again provided to ******** on 8/19/21 per their request and sent to the following address per their request: **********************************. Call to them on 9/10/21(********) and 9/17/21(*****), again no resolution, only empty promises to call us back.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.Please close the above complaint. The business hasreplied. I will wait to see the new statement on the next billing cyclefrom them.
