      I bough this product of Wagner from ********** after a recommendation from a representative from HD (Control Pro 130 High Efficiency Airless ********** Paint and Stain Sprayer).To my surprise, when i started using this product, it started throwing the bubbles even though I read and followed the instructions end to end and primed it properly. It has caused a significant damage to my cabinets and now I will have to re-do my cabinets because of the product not being upto the *****

      I spoke to Atul and we went over what could have been the issue.  I gave him some tips about painting for future use.  He said he finished painting without the sprayer so we discussed his options.  I said I didn't know if this was the correct sprayer for him and we could get it checked out.  We also went over some other types of sprayers that might have worked better and I sent him some links to those sprayers.  He spoke about the store, ********************************, not wanting to give him a refund because it was used.  I told him the store has an open return policy and should be able to refund his money.  I finally decided him returning the product and getting his money back was the best course of action so on 1/4/24 at about 1:50PM Central time I called *************************************.  I spoke to ****** who said she was a lead at the service desk and that the customer could return the ************************, even if it was used, as long as he has the receipt or the credit card it was purchased on.  I emailed Atul and let him know who I spoke to and what they said.  I believe that resolves this issue.

      I'm highly frustrated with my experience. I bought a Wagner paint sprayer for home use, and it has been malfunctioning since the first use. Despite improving my skill and reading the manual multiple times, the issues persisted. Upon submitting an online warranty request, I received a voicemail and, upon calling back, spoke with an extremely rude employee named ****. Despite not seeking a refund, she promptly denied processing one. **** showed little interest in understanding the problem, blaming everything but the possibility of an issue with the unit. After emailing requested information, she responded ***********, asking questions I had already answered three times in writing and via phone. The customer service I've encountered is extremely poor and unwelcoming, providing no assistance with the underlying issue. I do believe her point was to get me off the phone with little to no assistance to me; which is very unfortunate.

      Good afternoon,
      I called the customer, ******, on 12/13/23 at ******* and since he did not pick up I left him a message to call me. I called again on 12/18/23 at 2:47PM and again had to leave a message.  I emailed him on 12/18/23, letting him know I had tried to call and that I really wanted to help if I could along with some troubleshooting tips and tricks.  He emailed back on 12/19/23 saying that because of the time difference between us (he is in the Pacific time zone, we are in the Central time zone) calling is a challenge.  He explained in further detail the issue between my team member, ****, and himself.  I emailed back this morning, 12/19/23, saying that I would still like to help and offered a couple of options for help.  I am now waiting on his reply.

      We purchased a Homeright stain stick model number C800796. There is a disposable pad that is needed to use the product. I contacted the company and they said that they do not manufacture the the replacement pads any longer. This product is now effectively useless. I asked the representative for a suitable replacement or a refund.
