      The "owner" of this company is extremely unprofessional and rude. I noticed an extra charge of $16.22 charged to my card after already having paid my normal monthy amount for this month. So i emailed them and the response back to me was a claim that they suddenly claim to have seen 2 dogs in my yard vs the 1 dog i pay for. I responded back telling them that i only have 1 dog. And that dog has never been outside when they have been at my house. Also the 1st Thursday of every month I have to pick my dads dog up from the groomers. This dog has never been in my yard. If i were to put this dog in my yard it would disappear. After i pick it up, i only have enough time to drop it off back at my house where It sits in a kennel for about an hour or so in my living room until my dad comes and picks it up. After explaining this to them the "owner" **** responded back extremely rudely and what was very obviously zero intention on hearing what i had to say. He then continued to again make the false claim that his employee saw 2 dogs on 2 separate occasions in my yard on 1/4 and 2/1..(note that these 2 dates are the 1st Thursday of the month) but its still false due to the fact that my dog has never been outside when they have been at my home and my dads dog that is only at my house for an hour 1x a month has never stepped foot in my yard. It is clear that his employee was peeking in my windows because the only way they'd ever even see my 1x a month dog guest is if they looked into the windows of my home and see a tiny little rat of a dog in my living room in a kennel. Which im sorry is against every rule when it comes to any kind of company coming to do any kind of work outside of a residence. He is refusing to listen to me hes refusing to refund me my money and he just seems to be very bad at business and customer service in general. Horrible horrible horrible company. Ridiculously childish behavior from a person claiming to be the owner of the company.

      We do this for a living.  We know when 2 different dogs are using a yard.  It is not "peeking in windows".  When we see 2 very different sizes of dog waste in a yard that is a major indicator, another is the amount of piles we pickup in a week - we get to know what to expect for one dog, and when this is double it adds up that there is another dog.  Finally, when we hear 2 different dogs barking in the house that is another indicator....and when all three happen, that simply indicates an additional dog.

      In this case our Operations Manager cleaned this yard on 1/4/24 because our usual Operator had said that he thought there were 2 dogs there.  He heard the extra dog barking inside the home - definitely 2 dogs barking from different places in the home.  He also confirmed very different sizes of dog waste.  He cleaned it the next week also and found the same thing. When the customer called to inquire why she had been charged an extra $16 we explained the reason - in a factual and professional manner.  Her responses were unacceptable  - here are a few excerpts from her email - make up your own mind;

      "Well thats total bullshit!  because not only do i only have one fucken dog but if my dads dog were to ever go outside in my yard shed run away. So figure out your lying ******** worker cuz i have 1 black lab" "2 dogs were never ever seen in my yard at any time you fricken moron" "Yeah my money better be back in my account by tuesday you pathetically lame a** horrible attempt at trying to lie sack of shit"

      We are happy that, based on our findings, that there were 2 dogs using that yard on multiple occasions - not just once a month!!. Therefore we charged the correct fee and no refund is due.  All of this was already explained to the customer in our email to her.  As always, we worked entirely within our Terms of Service, which are available to read at any time on our website - www.petwaste.com.

       I am rejecting this response because:
      They clearly refuses to listen or acknowledge all of the things i have said to him in my emails. For one including the information that i live along the Mississippi river and have a huge apple tree in my yard. There are lots and lots of deer, rabbits, coyotes, foxes and raccoons that are in our yard constantly.  There's no reason for me to have to pay extra for that. Also in my complaint it explains the fact that on the 1st Thursday every month my dad's dog sits in a kennel inside my house for an hour or 2 until my dad's able to pick her up. I cant believe this company wont even take into consideration the many things i have explained to them. They obviously dont value paying customers. I recently lost my fiance unexpectedly after being together for 22yrs. Causing me to go from a 2 income household to a single income home. I work 2 jobs 7days a week and have a daughter  to care for along with one black lab and an indoor cat. I cant believe I have had to do all of this. I cant believe any company would act in this manner towards their customers.  Its childish, rude and just plain poor customer service.

      We provided our reasons for the extra $16 charge in the previous statement.  We have acted professionally at all times to this customer, but when we receive emails with foul and abusive language and threats, we will cease to respond.  We have terminated service to this customer due to this, and explained this to the customer, as we cannot place our Operators into that environment.  We have only grown our business in ** because we nurture excellent relationships with our customers - many are still with us a decade later, so to say we don't treat customers well is not a credible statement.  We did have to act in this situation as our Operators were being taken advantage of.  There is only one party being rude here, and it isn't Pet Waste ****
