I was living in an apartment at *************************************************, apartment 103. I paid a security deposit of $950 when I moved in in 2022. I moved out in November of 2023. The only damage there was was damage to the blinds. I never received my security deposit back nor a reason why I never received any of the money back. Also, I have not received my CRP for tax year 2023 and any attempts to contact management at Penmar Properties have failed. I've left multiple voicemails. I'd like at least a portion of my security deposit back, as that seems fair since there was only damage to the blinds. I'd like the explanation in writing why they decide to keep what they keep from the security deposit. I also need my CRP from them in order to properly file taxes.
