Moved in in the beginning of December. I picked up my keys, which at the time did not include my mail key, but was told I would get them the following Monday. When I did not get them, I emailed the only email address they provide which is only checked by one person. This person kept giving me different reasons why I could not get a mail key, from COVID to they had to order new locks to there was someone coming soon with the key. I eventually got a key a day after threatening to withhold rent.The same day I moved in, I asked about the possibility of getting a guest parking spot in the lot outside of my building. This person told me flatly that none were available. I asked again in April with the same response. Now that it is ***** I asked once again and also asked if there was a waitlist, and to my surprise there was! It had never been mentioned to me by this person and I had not been put on it after asking about parking repeatedly. I seriously wish there was someone else that worked for this company that was not willfully ignorant and could put in a little effort to being personable and maybe tried the slightest bit to help tenants when they asked a question, because this person has been repeatedly blunt, non-forthcoming, and genuinely unhelpful in resolving even the simplest and smallest of problems. No complaints about the property or anyone else, just this one person making everything much more difficult.

**** I am sorry for how long it took to receive your mail key. This was during the peak Covid-19 pandemic. Pre Covid, the US ************** would not allow us to replace mailbox keys. Due to the pandemic the procedures changed and we were allowed to replace the locks. Immediately upon being notified of this we ordered the lock which was backordered due to supply chain issues. Once the lock came in we had 4 of our 5 employees out with Covid-19 and were unable to work, once we got someone back to work we replaced the lock and dropped the key off.Once made aware of the mistake on the parking waiting list you were moved ** in line to match when you originally requested an additional pass. Unfortunately we only have 12 extra spots outside the underground parking that comes with your unit and 39 units in building. As soon as we have one come available we will reach out to see if you are still interested.
