Sneaky Petes bouncer and bar back manager violated my *** rights when they refused me/my service dog access to the bar/building and restricted my access to the cub by stating I was only able to access the patio area. They both refused to provide their names. The bar manager stood by his convictions and continued to embarrass me and say abelist and derogatory things to me such as;I don't know who would want to date you You should even be put at this time of night with your medical condition You are a ***** I don't have time for you you can leave Along with a barage of berating me for notifying him that if he continued to refuse service despite me edu sting him on the law that I was goingvto post negative review and report the violation to appropriate channels. I video the end and most of the interaction.My service dog was marked/labeled, is task trained to perform multiple tasks to mitigate my disabilities. I advised manager he is service dog for disability and medical service tasks he performs and he still continued to restrict access and violate my rights.

The bar was busy and I was tapped on the shoulder and told a women needed to speak to me. She stated the security would not let her in with her service dog which was not true as we are a dog friendly establishment. He told her that we had a patio out back where most people go with there dogs and that we had water bowls for the dogs as we had a DJ this evening and it was quite loud he stated as a suggestion. I than explained that you are in the bar now so what is the problem. She than started saying to all the customers that she was going to have us all fired. She stated she was going to give a nasty review . She was recording guests and staff at this point and we all felt threatened and violated by her. Words were exchanged back and fourth. After talking with a few customers it was apparent that this was not about the dog it was a angry lady with a agenda and we were her target for the evening. It all seemed to professional. She wrote a nasty ****** review and a upon looking into it she had *************************************** the past. We have always been a dog friendly establishment and feel we were the target. In all my years working in this Industry I have never encountered someone so vindictive.
