    My husband and I signed a contract with Joy unspeakable and started making payments on April 2, 2021. We got married Oct. 1st,2022. Through multiple emails explaining the style that I was looking for of the flowers for our wedding and confirmation from ***** the owner that she could complete what I was looking for as well as going over details through zoom meetings, The flowers that I had received on our wedding day were not at all what I had agreed to. I had my day of coordinator try and get in contact with ***** on the day of my wedding shortly after they were delivered, but after two calls and a voicemail I never heard back from her. I finally was able to get in touch with ***** through email in regards to getting a refund because of the flowers that were delivered. ***** was arguing that it was a form of miscommunication but it was not miscommunicated on my end. I was very clear on the expectations of what I wanted to have for my wedding and had confirmation from her that it would be done. During our first zoom meeting ***** wanted to talk about my sister and her nephews break up as well as her sisters divorce instead of focusing on me and my wedding needs. Because of this it was showing me that ***************** have not clearly been giving me her attention and taking notes of exactly what I was wanting. She also asked for my sister to join in the next zoom meeting, which was clearly inappropriate being that that has no reason for my wedding flower consult. My husband and I paid close to $2000 on flowers and ***** is only agreeing to giving us $318.92 back. This was less than the amount of delivery that we were charged and we deserve to get more than that back. My husband and I are looking to get at least $1000 back, which is half of what we paid. Since my last message to ***** stating that if she cannot refund us reasonably that I will have to take further action, she has not gotten back to me. If further documentation is needed, I can provide it.
