On May 12, 2022, there was a storm that hit trees in my backyard. Knocked out our power and caused roof damage. In order to have power restored I had to have trees removed and I called this company. ****, the owner, came very quickly, gave me an assessment and told me he was making me a deal. Within a few days, his uncle and some more workers came and removed the trees skillfully quickly safely. The stumps were not ground until the fall; at least 3 to 4 months later. Only one small thing remains and I have asked **** personally through text several times to Complete. Hes always replies that he is going to do this thats yet to be done. There are several logs from the downed trees with long, ugly, metal cables attached to them on my front lawn, left over from the tree removal last May. I should not have to dispose of them. He told me more than once he is going to pick up and discard. That is yet to happen. We are coming up on a year since the storm and I would really like those logs picked up off of my front yard. The guys who cut down the trees were fantastic, if only **** could finish the job in a timely manner, Id be satisfied. Happy to provide pictures, but they wouldnt upload.
