I purchased E-cloth for stainless steel cleaning to serve customers efficiently. I used it as instructed, but the cloth was worthless. It did not work. I ended up cleaning stainless steel appliances the old-fashioned way to get result. I returned it to the store. ***** asked me if I "wet" the cloth before using it and that she had never had complaints with e-cloths before. I told her that I did wet it. I find the question insulting. I am a cleaning professional. To be sure it's used properly, I read every product's instruction before using it. She told me they do not accept used merchandise. She told me to look for a friend who has stainless steel appliances and to give the cloth to them and perhaps it might work for them. once again, another cocky jab from *****. First, I did not purchase the cloth as a gift to a friend. I purchased it to serve my clients better and faster. Secondly, a used cleaning cloth as a gift to a friend seems inappropriate. Thirdly and most importantly, if it didn't work for me as a cleaning professional, what assurance it there that my non-professional cleaning friends would know how to use it better than I did? These are people who don't even know what to expect from an e-cloth. I do. In the past months, I purchased E-cloth floor duster mop kit with extra pad. Loves it! Works great! Excellent investment in my book! I came back and bought E-cloth for windows and glass cleaning. Absolutely loves it. It's fast and easy to use; and no chemicals involved. Just water. I came back the 3rd time and bought E-cloth for stainless steel cleaning. Find it to be useless. In between, I have repaired several of my vacuum cleaners at the shop. I never complained but supported the local shop. This is how you treat a customer?! Shame on you! Since you refused to refund my money, I left the cloth on your service desk for you to keep. Keep it and keep my $16.99. Be happy. I won't recommend you or E-cloth for stainless steel cleaning that's for sure.
