Seeking a refund from Burstbar. I purchased the Burst Vitamin B-12 Diffuser in Strawberry flavor. Order #****. Amount: $38.25. The advertising made it appear that you can inhale the product like an actual vape. However, upon receiving the product, the directions state you cannot inhale in. I requested a refund and received a response that the product could be refunded if it was not used. I had not used the product. I informed them the product was not used and requested Information on how to facilitate a refund. They did not offer a refund but instead offered me a 15% discount. Unsure why they offered the discount as I mentioned my reason for the refund. I stilled politely thanked them for the offer and still requested a refund. Now, their website states there is a 30 day refund policy in place. I requested my refund immediately after receiving the product. I even offered them the option to issue me a $38 dollar ********* card to make it easier on them. They never responded after that. I sent follow-up emails and no response. At this point, I am upset. I really tried to work with them. But I feel they are now purposely avoiding my emails and not willing to issue me a refund. This has been very frustrating.
