Date of Transaction was a wedding - 6/3/2023. The Flower Gal committed to provide full wedding flowers for the wedding of *************************** (my daughter). Flowers were due at ******************** at 11:00 AM. 20 table centerpieces, 12 corsages/boutineers, 1 bridal bouquet, 2 bridesmaids bouquets, flower girl flower crown, 2 bathroom flower arrangements. ***** paid $1,150. $250 down in early 2023, and $900 the week before the wedding. Paid via venmo to business owner, *********************. Flowers did not show on time, and ********************* said she was waiting for a car to bring flowers. We tried calling to arrange to pick the flower up ourselves, but **** stopped answering her phone and was unreachable for the rest of the day. Since pictures were scheduled to start at 12:00, we scrambled to source flowers from 3 different florists with a quick turnaround. At around 3:00, a man called and asked where we wanted the flowers to be delivered. Since we had made other arrangements we told him to stand down. ***** has contacted **** numerous times to gain reimbursement, but receives one sob story after another. We now believe ********************* and The Flower Gal to be a complete scam. We would also like this experience to go on the business record for the Flower Gal with the Better Business Bureau.
