      Ive been very patience with the office, they never respond, they start making up problems when you ask for service and receive negligence, Ive been waiting almost half a year for services. They make up rumors then have they staff make up false accusations. This is so unprofessional and stressful Ive never dealt with such a unprofessional management. The office are so short staffed by the way is daily they never answer the phone or return calls. I hear if youve been receiving care like your gas and heat being off, rodents, maintenance issues youve reported for months on in, please contact homeline or corporate. My family resides in the apartments and townhomes and everything is falling apart LITERALLY. Its unfortunate because times are hard to be moving during COVID etc. Its sad the townhomes are not at market value but insist by making us tenants pay over 2,000$ For a falling apart town home and 1800$ for the apartments where the animals are using the hall ways as bathrooms. If you start asking for help you are at risk to be targeted. Im still searching for ways to spread the way we can receive proper care while living here. They gossip my sister was trying to get a home here and her and someone at the office exchange words and the employee at the office called her a NIGG*** BIT** such foul language and shes still working there till this day. Its a infestation as well. Shame on StratfordWood in Minnetonka. The Manager is ******** but she barely does anything as well.

      I am unable to locate you as a resident of Stratford Wood and would love to talk with you regarding the issues you have reported to the BBB.  We do not have any work orders open right now that are older than a week unless we are waiting on parts, so I'd like to help get maintenance to your home to resolve any repairs/replacements that you may need.  You can reach me directly at ************************************** or by call ************.  Our office is an extremely busy one, but if you leave a message, we will return your call within that work day.  We are sad to hear about issues you may have experienced in the past from what sounds like unfriendly/unprofessional staff.  We do have a whole new crew here now for the past six months, and we are working diligently to respond to any and all situations.  We want our residents to enjoy living at Stratford Wood!  I'm sorry to hear that you are potentially experiencing financial difficulties due to COVID.  It has definitely taken its toll.  RentHelpMN is a great resource to help those in need get back on their feet.  We are working side-by-side with them to make sure our residents get the assistance needed.  As we have been unable to follow up with you directly, I am not sure who you experienced the foul language from, but I assure you we do take that very seriously and will address it immediately though I imagine that person is no longer employed here.  I look forward to hearing from you so we can work together to clear up any issues with your home as well as the other things you have mentioned.  We are onsite from 9am - 6pm, Monday-Thursday and here until 5pm on Fridays.  If Saturday is better, we are here from 10am - 4pm.
