On 12/17/2021 I went to a scheduled appointement at Holger Dental to have a crown installed on one of my teeth. Prior to the procedure, I asked the dentist Dr. ****** to explain to me what are the area of my mouth were plaques might cause issues with the crown (she had told me that because of plaque, a crown last 5 to 8 years, when in the literature, crown are suppose to last ***** years). Before I could finish my statement, she rudely cut me off and said that she had explained all this to me the prior week (which was incorrect... she later realized that she had not as she put it: "Done a comprehensive analysis of the plaque in question). Once she realized that she had not address my question initially, she got upset and said that she could not work on me because I am "unhappy". This was again totally wrong, I was just asking a simple question. I told her that I was in pain and needed a crown and that I was just asking clarifying questions. So, I asked what can I do about the pain in the meantime, she said: "I cannot treat you because you are upset". I have never met a worse doctor than Dr. ******. She owns me an apology!
