I went in for a hair cut the first week of January. WIth my glasses off and the mask on, I couldn't see what was happening. When I finally saw my head. there was no hair. I had gotten a buzz cut. I didn't come in with that kind of cut and a 65 year old woman doesn't want that look. I was horrified. The stylist quickly swept up my hair before I could see and THEN went to check the instructions on the computer. They did not charge me but got me out as quickly as possible. A day or two later I contacted corporate headquarters to get the name of the owner. I spoke a couple of times on the phone to the owner and at least 3 emails. I covered my mirrors at home will only go out 1 hour a week to get groceries. It has been 3 months now and the hair is coming out shaggy. The stylist admitted to not reading the directions and not following protocol. The owner was going to send her back to training. That still left me bald. The owner promised me a gift card for 8 hair cuts. I gave him my name and address and he promised it by the end of the week. That was in January. No card has arrived and i have contacted him. Unfortunately I suffered some severe side effects from the vaccine and have been down a lot. I could not spend hours making a man keep his promise to an old bald woman. He seemed apologetic at the beginning but has now chosen to ignore me. This hair cut from h*** needs to be shaped as it tries to grow out. I have a family event in 2 months and I will not go unless things can get on the right path to growing properly. I simply cannot afford to go somewhere else and pay ***** each time I need some trimming and shaping. Even though each store is independently owned, the corporate headquarters has been very understanding and helpful. I have told them now that the gloves are coming off and i feel free to give my opinions on the internet and what ever other options I can use to get what I was promised.
