I have complete documents with photos of the incomplete work done. Contractor was in my home from 1/2/23 1/31/23 he has taken $9,000 for personal wages. I have receipts from him totaling around $3,000 in supplies he has purchased. Not one project in the home has been completed and even with specific instruction he has went against my direction on how I wanted the job completed. Some of his work includes the new faucets not working correctly, redoing the bathroom walls and shower wall twice, laying down cement board without solid foundation, having new tiles crack within two days, unable to complete trim in bathroom, braking exterior lights, breaking interior bathroom light which was ignored, each day I had to concat him via text to tell him what jobs I needed done each day due to the projects not getting done/completed. I would go and see the projects not getting done although I was being charged **** hours per day in addition I was told I was being charged $30 per hour then, out of nowhere he started charging me $40 Per hour paying 2 minors $15 per hour out of my money which was not agreed upon. I asked me to provide A itemized list on each project and how long it took. He refused to do so.
