Our family was trying to buy a vehicle, we had confirmation it was there and had made an appointment, they then cofirmed,after taking time off work and traveling they did not have the vehicle, it was very frustrating and unprofessional, it only added to the pain of our vehicle that had been stolen which we were desperately trying to replace

Very disappointed. I brought my vehicle in to them to try to get to the bottom of why it was randomly shutting off when I'd be driving it. Their mechanic recommended a safety inspection, which cost me around $250. They did not find the cause, but as i was about to drive out of the shop my car did the same thing i was trying to explain to them, the mechanic was standing right there and i told him that's what i was talking about, he just shrugged and said i don't know. A safety inspection was clearly not what i needed.The Bear Lot Response
